6) All our styles and
rails are jointed via the tongue and grooved joint. This joint method is far
superior compared to the dowel method so common in Phoenix. Joint separation
becomes unheard of.

Pins - We use nylon pins which are ideal for our climate and will not expand
or contract .
Our Spring Action pins prevent louvers from sagging or loosening.
8) Three leaf heavy duty hinges available in Brass, Silver, Stainless Steel,
Antique Brass or off White. |

9)
Tilt Rod - Controls full operation of the louvers.
10) Mouse Holes - on both top and bottom stiles, create
the perfect overlapping closer whether louvers face downward or upwards.
11) Stainless Steel Staples - are shot into such a hard piece of wood that
we guarantee they will never come out unlike our competitors shutters.
